As long as we do not offend others we can express ourselves and one mode of clothes is through expression. The Y10 textiles classes explored the idea of freedom of expression and the principles of fair trade to design shirts which they then designed, cut and made their shirts.

Students mood boards were for the first time created in Photoshop which resulted in some eye-catching work. Every step of the way has been recorded on video to be used as a teaching tool for other groups.

This movie is documentation of the process the textile students and teacher went through to make amazing clothes while exploring rights of expression for this project.

"I got really addicted to it - I took it home and worked on it almost all night and I even started to read the articles of the children's rights convention."
