All
children have basic Rights, no matter who they are or
where they live. Yet, despite all the talk of 'Human
Rights', what are they and what do they actually mean
for us?
Unicef, the United
Nations Children's Fund, has drawn up a list of the
essential Rights all children should be entitled to,
called the United Nations Convention on the Rights of
the Child.
Yet despite this,
most people do not know what these Rights are and many
adults around the world fail to respect them. The documentary
on this page explores the issue of child Rights.
