From wearing the sickest clothes to listening to the heaviest tunes, kids everywhere love to express themselves. Yet millions of children around the world are prevented from speaking their minds or having a say about their lives.

Despite this, many kids in the UK take little interest in the important political issues affecting the whole country. And at the last general election, more than one in three people didn't bother to vote.

This section contains work by Dance and Textiles students at Stoke Newington School exploring the issues of freedom of expression and participation as well as our duty to make our views heard.
