The Unicef has identified following research that it needs to communicate directly with children in order to inform them about information specefically related to their rights as children and world citizens, and the responsibilities that accompany those rights.

The Governments should respect the rights and the responsibilities of families to direct and guide and their children so that, as they grow, they learn to use their rights properly.
