If you don't feel able or don't want to discuss problems or issues with your parent / carer, your teacher or a member of staff at school there are a lot of people out there who can offer you confidential help.

You'll see below a list of local organisations you can contact confidentially if you, or someone else is in need.
There are also national organisations who can help, advise and support young people with issues such as your local GP or CHILDLINE.
